Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Noorlings, a service of Solid Shift Pvt Ltd, Republic of Maldives. By placing an order or using the site you agree to them. They're written to be read, not to scare you.

Orders & payment

• Personalized books are made to order from the details and photos you provide. Please double-check the child's name — it goes on the cover exactly as you type it.
• Payment is currently by bank transfer. Your order is confirmed once payment is received; we'll walk you through it after you place the order.
• Prices are in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) unless stated otherwise.

Delivery & refunds

• Digital books are delivered as a PDF that is yours to keep.
• Because each book is personalized, we can't resell it — so refunds aren't offered once a book is delivered. But if something is wrong (a typo we made, a page that didn't render, anything that isn't what you ordered), we'll fix it or remake it at no cost.
• If we can't deliver your order at all, you get a full refund. Simple.

What you may do with what you buy

• Personalized books and paid packs are for your family's personal use — print as many copies as you like at home. Please don't resell or redistribute them.
• Free printables may be printed and shared freely for personal and classroom use. Selling them, or republishing them as your own, isn't allowed.
• Some printable artwork is derived from Twemoji (CC-BY 4.0), credited on the sheets themselves.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to share the photos and details you upload (i.e. you're the child's parent or guardian, or have their permission). We use them only to make your order — see our Privacy Policy.

The boring-but-necessary bits

• The site is provided as-is; we work hard to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will never hiccup.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. If we update them, the date above changes.
